Responsibilities:
This position will report to Cirrus' Director, Drug Delivery and will be responsible for leading and managing projects in a dynamic, rapidly growing CRO environment where they will work with our sponsors to develop biopharmaceutical applications of the future. Additional responsibilities include, mentoring, training and supervising other scientists; Serving as scientific, task, and analytical leader. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently with advanced formulation techniques and analytical instrumentation, such as HPLC, GC, particle sizing equipment, FTIR, LC/MS, DSC, etc.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or a related field with 0-1 years related experience. In-depth technical knowledge of dosage form design/product development for topical/transdermal, inhalation or drug delivery applications relating to biomolecules is required. Excellent oral and written communication and exceptional organizational skills are required as well as good working knowledge of computers and programs such as Word and Excel. Knowledge of DOE or of working in a regulated environment is a plus.
