Responsibilities:
Cirrus is currently seeking a VP of Operations to oversee, lead, and manage the company's day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth, customer satisfaction, ROI, cost and margin control, and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. The position will direct short-term and long-range planning to support strategic business goals and ensure growth and profitability. The position will command scientific, regulatory compliance, HR, financial and legal management.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a proven success record of leading and managing growth of a contract research organization at an executive level in the biotech, contract research, or pharmaceutical industries. A Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field is preferred.
