From RDU airport and points East
- Take I-40 West (towards Durham/Chapel Hill)
- Exit I-40 on Davis Drive (exit 280)
- Turn left onto Davis
- Proceed on Davis going south for 1.5 miles, past two stoplights (54 and Hopson)
- Enter Keystone Technology Park by taking the first entrance after Hopson Road on the left-hand side
- Building 511 is the last building on the right. Look for the Cirrus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. signs
- Take I-40 East towards Raleigh
- Exit I-40 on Davis Drive (exit 280)
- Turn left onto Davis (The ramp will loop around)
- Proceed on Davis going south for 1.5 miles, past two stoplights (54 and Hopson)
- Enter Keystone Technology Park by taking the first entrance after Hopson Road on the left-hand side
- Building 511 is the last building on the right. Look for the Cirrus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. signs
