Once our formulation scientists and process engineers have collaborated to develop a manufacturing process, the process is scaled-up through careful evaluation of manufacturing parameters. Technical transfer occurs in conjunction with the client to their own manufacturing facility or to that of the selected manufacturing site. If requested, Cirrus can work with the client to select a manufacturing site for full-scale batch production. To facilitate the transfer process, Cirrus typically writes the manufacturing monograph. Cirrus can assume responsibility for transferring the manufacturing process, oversee batch manufacture and can also perform release testing, if needed.
